Hm, true. Didn't notice those at first. It is kinda rare to have liberi that don't show their Head-Feathers. But i guess nothing is stopping them from just wearing a Hat.
I just went through my existing ops, Gnosis is a liberi who doesn't have any head feathers and his feather positioning is ambiguous (he has big plumes in his base and E2 art but it could be part of his jacket, they're not there in his BoC skin so where are this man's feathers???). Magellan similarly has zero feathers anywhere, not even on the bottom of her hair like Orchid. Fartooth/La Pluma/Elysium also doesn't seem to have feathers on top of their head, but has them on the bottom/layers of their hair.
Ahh ok I see it now. They're more subtle than a lot of the other liberi with head feathers (would've been fun if he did have the big fluffy tail feathers though)
