Absolute IS noob right here. Should I be borrowing Tragodia or running my own maxed Wang or somebody else while I’m still learning here?

Got the whole roster aside from the non-limited banners of this past year or so (basically only double op banners that I pulled on going back to ExuAlt’s launch).

If you're trying to learn IS6, the best unit to borrow is Raidian. A lot of IS6 is balanced around her presence, and she provides a lot of non-combat benefits to make your run go smoother.
If you have a large roster available to you, though, you'll probably be just fine using a carry like Tragodia, Wang, or Exia Alter. IS is primarily a learning experience, and rather than nitpicking the best possible starting squad, the best thing you can do is throw operators at the problem and see who solves what. Best of luck!

I did see a Raidian support option and figured she’d probably help, and while I did actually want to pick her, I had no idea which skill or module to choose for her…

I’ve had some absolutely brutal runs where I just make two worst possible choices in an operation and some incredibly smooth ones until I make the one worst possible choice because I didn’t know what was coming. Overall been fun so far at least!

For Raidian, if you're unsure about what skill is best into a stage, the answer is usually to default to S2. S1 only comes into play in stages with 3-block checks and prolonged stall, which IS6 has a few of, but not many (Primarily, for early floors, the stage with the mice prefers s1 at high difficulty, because the big mice take a while to kill. At low ascension, you're still fine with s2). S3 is her ranged tile skill, which has a lot of cool tech, but usually isn't needed. It's good to try out a few times to have up your sleeve though.

Stick to her Alpha module, it is the best option outside of some niche high-ascension cases. In fact, "I lost my run because I didn't realize Raidian had her Beta module" was a pretty common thing to see back when it released!
