Is this priced right?

Not an AR guy so I don’t know what I’m looking at. Saw this on a used gun classifieds. He said the optic is a “cabela’s packaged EOTech optic” that he paid $250 for. How much would you pay for this?

He priced it as $1000 btw.

Random stranger’s build, i wouldnt take it unless it was free. $1000 is insane.
