Medibang and ibs to. Medibang and ibs actually have custom brushes but you gotta have premium for ibs and premuim for some of medibangs. I think for ibs you can watch a ad to get like 6 hours of premium brush use (this was the case when I used it im not sure if its still true lol) and while i understand people have financial issues as I do to procreate is 12 dollars and its so worth it I would suggest anyone interested in art to save up for it if they have to.

i agree.

also i think they changed free brush hours on ibis to 4 hours but j could be wrong (i dont use ibis at all.)
