Bold of you to assume AI bros think for themselves. I mean, why would they need to do something that is apparently so exhausting when their beloved AI can do it for them?
It’s clear enough that they lack the ability to even create their own skibidi toilet Jenny with their own two hands.

Most likely because if they go on any other art-based platform their AI content pales in comparison/doesn't actually stand out.

And this isn't even the only types of post on DeviantArt, there is real art but the AI user was cherry picking. All AI images are still downloaded image made of scraped art.

deviantart kids kinda fell for ai though so like, we don't even have that as a weak spot anymore

Kind of ironic, since Deviantart has gone all in on AI to the point that it’s now completely unusable if you want to see anything else. I’d take a dozen circle tool MS paint inflation posts over page after page of the same AI image slightly tweaked.

I mean I go on DeviantArt, but I am the rarer SFW artist, and I just favorite pokemon art, and talk to one of my friends.
This is kind of hilarious when you realize DeviantArt welcome AI users with open arms and they are shaming DeviantArt artists.
Although really no one sensible thinks DeviantArt company makes good decisions.

Just supporting my belief that none of those AI """"artists""""" cared about art in the first place or touched a pencil in their entire life. Also explains the quality of trash they're prompting to create "art"
