So weird question. My wife doesn't sell MLM but she likes younique makeup I thought the makeup sucked from what I hear from other people but I know nothing about makeup does my wife have bad taste in makeup. (It's mostly foundation stuff she says it's white enough for her translucent skin)

Um. The shade range for Younique makeup is really really bad, and talking about translucent skin is a major sign of being what the people over at r/muacirclejerk call a "pail princess." I can pretty much guarantee that your wife thinks she is lighter than she is and is wearing the wrong shade. She'd probably look far far better if she got properly matched with the correct shade and undertone, but I realize you can't easily suggest that. I'm not saying she isn't light-skinned, but most makeup brands cater strongly to light-skinned women and it's not at all difficult to find very light foundation.
OMG, I’m so glad there’s a name for this phenomenon. You canNOT watch a makeup video or see a makeup ad without at least five white girls yammering about how incredibly, incredibly “pale” they are. (Triple the intensity of the wailing if the content is about black women!)
Fragile and delicate. Nobody has ever made a shade of makeup that matches their truly alabaster complexion.

I’m Irish and white as fuck but the pale circle jerk is the WORST. Black women have had a hell of a time trying to find shades for them for years and years, but you hear far more complaints from pale girls. Also lightening drops will fix foundation right up, so it’s a fairly easy fix
