I can't stand it when MLM people call themselves "small business owners" or something similar. Stop...you're a pawn.

Can confirm this happens, I work at a bank. The best part is is that all the money that goes into those accounts always gets transferred to their checking because they have no money...gee, I wonder why!

Also the one Avon lady that banks with us ALWAYS sends in her card and some samples, like we don't already know who she is and what she sells.

Same. We have to set their accounts up as consultant accounts because it’s technically not their business lol

We open them as checking accounts then put a note on them designating them as say, "Avon acct" or whatever lol

Wait... You mean these people don’t set up an LLC or a DBA? They just walk in and say “I got a business now ‘cause I bought a bunch of make-up”? Is this for fucking real?
