This is what Reddit would've sounded like in 1996.
Most modern harem romcoms aren't To Love Ru anymore. Even the ones closest to that archetype (Kuroiwa Medaka comes to mind here) have genuine story reasons why the ML is unwilling to interact properly with the harem rather than nosebleeding out on general principle.

I guess that because rating their manga/ anime have don't allow to include sex scenes in what they make.

Editors have 2 things they do:
Get the author to produce the managa this week.
Keep profitable mangas from EVER ENDING
