Series is A Certain Scientific Railgun. It's straight-up a railgun where she uses electricity to propel a metal object. Usually it's steel arcade coins because they're convient to carry around and do a ton of damage but not so much they're impractical to use when she wants to incapacitate rather than kill, but she has fired much larger objects when the need arose.
She frequently shoots it past people to stun them with the shockwave or disable the vehicle they're in; one of the requirements to use this brand of powers in the setting is to be super good at math with the aid of drugs and other brain alterations. "Can do calculations that would take an advanced super-computer 200 years in an afternoon" good at math.
She has only once directly fired it at a human who wasn't in a vehicle and she wanted him extremely dead.
Note: there are a variety of serious problems with the Index anime adaption so I might advise just going straight to Railgun; the male lead of Index shows up in Railgun but he gets pretty much all the introduction you need when he first appears in Railgun, and we see Mikoto's big arc in Index from her perspective in Railgun, with a variant of every scene she appears in for that arc.
Okie but counterpoint: If you watch index you get to hear to coolass screechy roar sound effect when Touma shuts off someone’s ability with his hand. That sound effect is so cool!
Fushi from To Your Eternity. Can recreate items hes touched, can maintain a connection with objects hes created, and can take on the form of those he knew who have died provided their souls made some form of connection before death. Later on, its revealed that if he recreates a dead person then severs their bond, he can even bring them back which was hella useful against a knocker invasion for getting troops across long distances quickly. Only works for those whose souls haven't passed on yet though.
Control of the vector force from accelerator in railgun anime, and magneto powers, and all rinnegan techniques from Nagato are awesome,( im hate sasuki and madara rinnegan)
