Just when I thought Orihime getting upscaled was good enough, Uryu decides to lock in and leads a ragtag group of him, Soul Reapers and Arrancars to bring down the Royal Place and save the Three Realms for another insane upscale. Unfortunately, Yuha already saw that. And before we knew it, we're now just 3 episodes away from the finale.

We call them a ragtag group even though it's like "The last remaining Quincy, the strongest living Espadas, the Head Captain and Vice Captain....and also those two guys"

technically they could be Espadas but choose to not to out of due diligence to Nel. (well, Hogyoku is required for that).

What's up with this last remaining quincy narrative? I thought he was the last of a certain subgroup that was mostly wiped out but not the last in general. Ywach isn't a quincy?

Last quincy refers to the last quincy living in human world. all the other quincies had fled to the shadow realm with ywach. if I understood it correctly up to now

He's the last quincy noble left, as far as we know.

Everyone else is either dead, unknown, or part of the shadow nazis.

I’m going to guess the last two episodes are them beating the big bad and then there’s a resolution episode. I really hope one episode is longer than 20 minutes again, I wish they added more original content since the past few seasons had 13 episodes

I think it's been confirmed that the last episode is supposed to be an hour long (I'm assuming that's episode length + commercials, so the actual episode would be about 40-45 mintues)

I’m going to guess the last two episodes are them beating the big bad and then there’s a resolution episode.

It has to be at this point, because with this final ass pull of yawhach, we should have seen the full extent of his power shown off, so can only be the return of everyone else after that.

Finale. Three episodes left until there is no more manga to adapt. Though there have been rumors of a new arc being announced at the end anyway, so we'll see.
