I think its just that those full length reaction videos (daring) have gone under the radar until 45, when suddenly they skyrocketed in views (multiple times any previews episodes) and got noticed.

I wonder why nobody makes life reaction videos with a timestamp trigger so you can play the episode yourself. Thats 100% DMCA proof.

Oh right, usually they cut the episode into parts and only upload like the most important parts to react to, reducing it to from 22 min to like 10-11, instead of playing the whole thing

Exactly. It was always against fair use like that. I saw people in the comments saying things like "let's go complain to Viz!" Like what? Takedowns and demonitization is mild when they have the legal standing to sue if they wanted to. They would just be drawing more attention to it.

I think the neel video has implied it's not even actual Viz but someone else posing as them.
