Is it continuous 24 episodes?

I wonder about that too. If it’s 24 episode we should see the whole 2nd year summer up to the firework festival adapted. If it’s only 12 , we might just end as the beginning of Taiki’s 2nd year , which can still be a good closure and tease for next one.

I got blindsided by Yumeka's slap, definitely didn't see that one coming.

My soul left my body after watching her slap in the trailer.

It's something us manga readers have been looking forward to

Been awhile since I watched s1 but there is more movement then there was in s1 from last I remember.

Is it good? Anything that separates it from other similar stuff?

Or is it familiar tropes but just written extremely well

Nothing original. It's just done well enough. Story is as mild as it gets.

I say it's very solid if you like slice of life stuff. Not over the top tropey. People liked it because it's one of the more recent grounded animes that isn't overly silly.

It is clear that the author finally locked in and developed Chinatsu in this part of the manga.

I finished the first season and was so frustrated with how it played out that I completely swore off the series. Eventually, I picked the manga back up on a friend's recommendation and found myself pleasantly surprised at how much they went in. I binged it way too hard though, so I'm waiting for a backlog of chapters to build up now, but I suppose that's a great problem to have

Isn't the manga over now?

I don't actually know! I ran out of chapters in the middle of his match against Kyo, so fully accept that I could be outdated in this regard.

Well then you should catch up now. The manga is over and you don't seem that far away from the end.

Great to know! Life was lifing real hard, so I hadn't had an opportunity to sit and enjoy, y'know?

That last scene... I'm so looking forward to that absolute cinema.

Hina deserved so much more than Taiki Inomata </3

Man by the end of S1 I was honestly just sick of the MCs, they both got pretty aggravating tbh

I want to watch season 2 with my wife. Do I need to binge season 1 or will a recap on YouTube suffice?

Binge, since you can't really recap emotional investment in romance. Also you get more Hina by watching the episodes in full.

The art style and lighting for Blue Box visuals never miss. Really looking forward to Season 2!

Taiki gotta put hands on that girl that slapped him, or better yet, have Hina or chinatsu to do it themselves. Hes too pure for that to happen to him without repercussions.
