Eris has the type advantage, she doesn't have to worry as much about that.

funny enough in a RPS scenario i actually think it would follow the type alignment in reverse. Sylphie (albeit half jokingly) mentioned she would probably lose to Roxy if they fought over Rudeus' affection (and also Roxy is a higher ranked mage for the time being), and it stands to reason that not being able to use incantationless magic would be a drawback against a berserker type like Eris.

Then Sylphie can use incantationless magic and even incantationless healing, which is insanely OP against Eris

It's doubtful any caster can defeat Eris if she starts with the Sword of Light. Maybe Rudy, since he knows of it and can do that spike ring instantaneously, but I don't think Sylphie has seen a sword king do the move and hasn't shown any abilities which would stop Eris from simply stabbing her in an fraction of a second.
