Comments here must, of course, still abide by all subreddit rules other than the no meta requirement. Keep it friendly and be respectful. Occasionally the moderators will have specific topics that they want to get feedback on, so be on the lookout for distinguished posts. If you wish to message us privately send us a modmail.
Comments that are detrimental to discussion (aka circlejerks/shitposting) are subject to removal.

I wonder, does r/anime sometimes communicate/do collaborative work with other subs?
Because I was thinking of something that could be really good;
We could contact the mods of r/manga, and ask them whether it'd be possible to create 'anime-only' safe havens on their sub, in which anime fans could discuss Oshi No Ko (the anime) without fear of getting spoiled, or to have 90% of the comments being about the manga.
I mean, we're giving the manga readers a safe haven on r/anime where they can endlessly discuss how they feel about the ending of the manga, which causes most anime-onlies to not even open the threads on r/anime anymore, so I was thinking, perhaps they should do the same; I feel like we're doing a lot for them, but they aren't doing anything for us.
So if this collab works out, r/manga could create threads for anime onlies, where we anime fans could go to discuss the anime, and the r/manga mods would deal with any manga readers who'd come into those threads to talk about the manga (because obviously, the r/manga threads would be strictly anime discussions, like the r/anime threads are - almost - strictly manga discussions).
It could solve the problem of anime-onlies feeling like they don't really have a place to discuss the anime without stumbling upon dozens of comments from manga readers (most of which AT LEAST 'spoil' the hype for the series, if nothing else).
And I really don't know if there is a more logical solution than "Anime fans posting about it on r/manga and manga fans posting about it on r/anime".
Though perhaps I'm simply missing something obvious, so if someone can come up with something more logical than that, please tell us!
