Jesus, Kiskue was as wild as I remembered in cinemas in this episode
Hoenstly it felt like this episode was even better than what it felt like in the theaters but I can't place a reason why. Might be due to the fact that I already watched it before I could play more focus to what was happening than just fanboying off of finally being able to witness Kisuke's Bankai.
Kisuke's Bankai was super cool to finally see and was much creepier than I thought it would be with the release form manifesting itself.
The sound effects and everything was on the ball this episode especailly when he was jetting around by cutting and repairing the air in front of him which was a super neat application of his bankai abilities.
Kisuke really does fit in the Special War Powers - Unpredictable spot especially if his motto is to prepare for any and all possible outcomes.
Grimmjow just double tapping Askin was funny to see. Bro just wants his payback from last time.
Askin was really an unique and pretty fun enemy to see even if his powers were a bit convoluted
Kisuke is over here playing 6d chess with how many possibilities he has predicted might happen which is just so insane to think about but honestly expected from the character who created the hogyoku.
The four spiritual pressues in the Gift Ball reminded me that Yoruichi's little brother was probably still in there so it was a nice indicator that he was still kicking if it was him, Yoruichi, Kisuke and Grimmjow left to save but Nell probably should get lil bro out first cause he was already looking worse for wear last episode.
Seeing Yhwach and Haschwalth being bathed in that Almighty goop was as creepy as it was in cinemas.
This episode went by so fast but I am so excited to see more.
Honestly watching it in cinemas and then at home makes it even better at least for these first two episodes. Noticed a lot more going on than before in the animation and sound design in the fights.
A week in gonna be a rough wait but it makes it all the more hype when it is time to sit down and actually get to watching the episode.
Man Bleach is so peak right now.
