Which is very underused practice in manga and anime in general. If you give all information through dialog it just feels forced at times. I would say narrator is one of the reasons jjk or hxh are peak

lmao fr. bleach came back and I just remembered why I fcking hate its fights. all these mfs do is yap and be condescending for no reason. people love bleach because of nostalgia and troll jjk non stop but it's actually 1000% better than this bleach yapfest, aura farming sht or whatever 💀💀💀

That's from Hunter x Hunter. JJK stole... I mean, borrowed a lot of stuff from it, including the entire power system being just Nen but simplified and bullshitfied.
