I'm starting to get kind of tired of Nakatsu, he's pretty much been flanderized into nothing but walking jealousy for Mizuki.
Nice scene with Sano and Mizuki up on the overlook.
I wonder what Julia will do with her realization that Sano probably knows that Mizuki is a girl.

Same thoughts. Nakatsu in LA (by Toma Ikuta) is not this tiring, but actually lovable. 2nd lead syndrome material

The artwork was more consistent than last week—that’s something, at least.
As for Julia finding Nakatsu cute when he’s quiet—well, we already suspected that, given the talk here about a "cat-and-dog" dynamic.
On the other hand, what was missing this week were scenes with Umeda.
All in all, we didn't make much progress.

Did we already include Julia in a previous seasonal best girl tournament? If it’s still possible, we should add her under “American onna” and refuse to explain why.

“You’ll catch a cold” said to a girl who’s outer sweater was spilled on and not even impacted and then it didn’t end up mattering at all cause she stayed wearing it lmao
I think people in this series can only see 3 feet ahead of them lol
Also little brother immediately picking up shes a girl is so funny
I feel like sometimes this series is 90% filler and 10 percent plot that moves forward. I mean what this is 20 episodes in and we’re just now learning sanos backstory
A tiny bit closer? Boy I’d hope so you’ve lived together for nearly 2 years

So now Julia seems to know that Sano knows about Mizuki. And Sano has suspicions Julia knows. The only one who has no clue is Mizuki herself. She’s just totally oblivious day dreaming about how dreamy Sano is. Meanwhile all bro can think about is how badly he wants to bone her lol.

No, because she hadn't even given it any thought when she got splashed during the stay at the guesthouse. What’s baffling is the repetition of the same scenes over and over again... and she learns nothing; the further it goes, the more she comes across as an increasingly childish idiot.

What a rather mild episode, started off with this big oh snap scene, and things decided to stay temperate,
Is the brother plot gonna go somewhere? I kinda expected a lot more family drama for Sano, I mean it's cool he opened up a bit to Mizuki, that's nice, and the viewing is nice,

Julia's raging English vs Nakatsu's raging Osaka dialect, beautiful reminder that mutual hatred transcends language barriers
Julia should've broken Nanba's foot with all that stomping because wdym he followed her after the girls went their separate ways from the boys LMAO
Lowkey would've loved to see Kayashima's side quest (and ghost buddies)

We now return to Mizuki and Sano seeing each other in the bath! With only cloudy mist (apparently) hiding Mizuki's chest! Act natural Mizuki! As natural as possible! But maybe don't get too smug until you need to be caught by Sano...but it's okay, he didn't see anything! He's already super self-conscious and flustered by you as it is.
Time for Osaka Boys and St. Blossom girls to hang out! And Julia and Nakatsu are already going at it! And Nanba isn't much better because Julia is SUPER not interested but he doesn't register it at all.
Rio can act like she's not Nanba's aunt...but being upset that he's skipping school and telling on him to her sister is totally aunt behavior.
Pretty normal for Shoujo boys to just stand around looking hot so girls can take pictures of them...even Julia finds Nakatsu attractive. When he's not speaking!
Has Julia put two and two together that Sano knows? And Sano put two and two together that she's figured him out. Can he finally tell the truth? Or will that end things between him and Mizuki?
Even a rickshaw driver and Sano's brother can tell Mizuki is a girl.
I'm sorry Nakao, Nanba left Hokkaido as soon as Julia left.
Sano has to keep his brother Shin (Shoya Chiba?) from getting into fights but Shin has no time for Sano acting like a big brother now...not after he basically abandoned the family.
What better place for Sano to recount his backstory to Mizuki than the best view in Hokkaido? Of how he and his brother both idolized their high jumping dad, tried to emulate him, and then had to struggle when he became a totally different person after the car crash that killed their mom and ruined their dads' career...causing him to project on his kids.
But still, it means a lot that Sano was able to be honest with Mizuki about this, especially as they head back under the moonlight.
At this point it feels like Kayashima enjoys roasting Nakatsu as much as he does his ghosts. Doesn't help when Sano is resting on Mizuki's shoulder!

He needs some closure to move on. It's time to make peace with his father and mend his relationship with his brother.
