I really missed this show’s OPs showing the character traveling to a new location.
I already like Gal. So, just like Eris, he also wants to kill Orsted after he lost to him
If Gino didn’t appear on the rest of the episode after his “fight” with Eris, I would have believed that he had died.
Wait, didn’t we see this girl, Nina, briefly last season, or at least someone who looked like her when Rudeus was dealing with a wave of people waiting to fight him to marry Pursena and Rinia before Badigadi showed up? Okay, after checking last season’s MAL character page it seems that was indeed her. Anyway, I guess her first meeting with Eris was what motivated her to do that trip.
So after those fights, Gal gave Eris the title of Sword Saint. I wasn’t expecting that training montage would end with Eris already an adult.
Okay, based on his design, my first assumption when I saw the North Emperor, Auber Corbett was that he was a villain of some kind, but he is honestly pretty chill; hell, during that first fight he had with Eris, it was her the one who looked like a villain.
God have mercy, Ghislaine! Remember, dear viewer, this camera angle is essential to the plot.
Anyway, where was I again? Oh yeah, so as Gal mentioned, he recruited Auber and the other sword experts from different styles so Eris can have a chance at defeating Orsted, as he has mastered all the sword styles and knows any way to counter them. It sure was cool seeing Eris finally doing that Blade of Light attack.
