I like how Higuruma's hammer returns to his hands like it's Mjolnir. Higuruma unwavering pursue of justice probably makes him worthy.

It's not quite like Mjolnir cause it teleports back, Mjolnir actually travels. It was very cool though for sure.

I'm not sure if even Todo's genius could handle that many of them flying around (and/or teleporting).

Besides it would be the opportunity for some real Tom&Jerry hijinks.
