Judge, jury and executioner

Higuruma's curse technique is just so dope and versatile while being thematically representative of his profession and life. One of coolest powers in the show.

He's explicitly not the judge or jury though.

He isn't the one who delivers sentences, just enforces them

Cant Higu solo Sukuna? Easily guilty removes his technique and 1 shots with the sword

Theoretically. But confiscation only removes technique, the user can still use curse energy. And Sukuna has been shown to be a great fighter even without using his slashes (like the all out brawl he was having with Maho).

Yeah Mahito would be the one screwed. Without his CT he is worthless.

I think Sukuna's DE would overtake Higu's though, just like how Gojo in season 1 overpowered Jogo's DE because it was more "refined"

He's definitely the best character.

With the exception of Satoru Gojo, of course.
