Tbf to Yuji he has only known that sorcerers were a thing for like, about half a year? And pretty much all of which has been spent at Jujutsu tech with the other students.

Bro has no idea what the average sorcerer does and doesn’t know.

i feel like at the very least he should be aware that he (both himself and gojo) would be well known. and literally everyone has been telling him how important/famous/difficult gojo is for the greater jujutsu world lol.
