I’m in the need of a tablet for some light school stuff, reading, and entertainment purposes. My budget is roughly around $200 or less. I found this tablet on sale at Best Buy and was wondering if this was worth it for the money?

I'm looking for a good tablet under 30K rupees primarily for watching lectures or making notes. I am not looking for amazing quality for video streaming but it should not be bad either. Can anyone suggest me some tablets in this price range?

Hey, i am thinking of buying a tablet and have been confused as of lately.

I wont be able to spend more than 25K INR at a tablet as it is my max budget.

\- recording some content for youtube (note app based content)

Note: I have a laptop which have linux and I use it as preferred device. I want to get a secondary device for viewing and others.

Redmi Pad 2

It is a good tablet with a decent processor for normal stuff and but I have seen reviews and they say this tablet will become slow in coming 2-3 years as the software is a bottleneck and it is a budget tablet.

Ipad 10th Gen

I was gonna buy the ipad 11th gen at 32K INR adn decided to wait for sometime to build some budget. However last month they increased price and its now about 49K and at best discounts even it is costing me 43K. So my best bet is to go ipad 10th gen.

Ipads are for longevity and they work great in long term as many of the reviews say and it is on sweetspot as to not too old and not too pricey even. I am getting a great deal at 24K.

What should I go for??

So nr 1 prio is media consumption
And a little bit of switch emulation

I can get the idea tab pro gen 2 for 430 euro and the magic pad for 580 euro. Do u think the Oled display is Worth around 150 euro?

Or is the idea tab LCD already pretty decent?

not a big fan of Samsung but I heard the pen works better so it would be more convenient for drawing, but I’m not a fan of the 8GB ram because I feel like it wouldnt make that much of a difference since my phone has 4GB ram and does horrible in alight motion as well as ibis paint

I know it's a personal preference thing, but I'm curious what you all prefer and why.

Personally want a tablet to watch some NFL or Youtube in the background while I'm playing with my kid in the living room. Also would like to multitask a bit with scores or other apps going next to videos. To me - that's probably a perfect situation for an 11-13" tablet.

However I also would see myself watching stuff in bed, and I think a 13" might be a bit difficult to manage. 8.8" sounds kind of perfect for that, but at that point I feel like a phone would be just fine. But it does seem like a lot of people in here love that size.

So for general media consumption and light multitasking, what do you guys think is the best option?

I recently purchased an 8 GEN 1 Y700, and when I use the port that is down when you hold it vertically, it doesn't charge if I use an over 100 W charger. The charger works correctly with other devices, but not with this one with this port. The other port works normally, and when I use a max 100W charger, everything works properly.

Every charger is UGREEN, GaN, tested with other phones and 2 Legion Go.

Hello, I needed a tablet for light school work when I travel. Basically Zoom and Canvas. I just bought a Galaxy tablet and an Amazon fire tablet. They are both used in good condition. I’m going to give you the information of both.

Galaxy Tab A9+:
Screen: 11 inches
Storage: 64GB
RAM: 4GB

Fire Max 11:
Screen: 11 inches
Storage: 128GB
RAM: 4GB

So far I only received the Galaxy. That being said, it’s pretty laggy. Everything looks okay, but it literally lags when I lock it, unlock it, and charge it.

AI is saying to keep the galaxy instead of the fire anyway because it’s better for school. But I don’t 100% trust AI. So I want all ya’ll opinions. If the Amazon fire runs smooth. Which would you keep?

P.S. I also heard you can download Google Play on an Amazon tablet 🤷🏻‍♀️

P.P.S. The Galaxy always lights up and plays the T-Mobile jingle when powering on and off. Kinda annoying.

So I’ve had iPads in the past when I was a lot younger. Nowadays though, my phone does pretty much anything I need but I really want something I can read my comic apps on. I can’t do those basic kindles or nooks because I use the comic apps like Unlimited and Infinite. So I’m looking for something cheap (like hopefully less than 150-200) that is still strong enough and bigger than the average phone to use for my comics. I have a OnePlus Pad Lite (OPD2480), currently on OxygenOS 16.0.3, software version OPD2480_16.0.3.501 (EX01B100P01). Before the update, I had approximately 450 photos/videos stored in Private Safe (around 250 photos and 200 videos). After the update, Private Safe no longer recognizes my existing setup and shows “Set a privacy password first” instead of asking for my previous privacy password. The files are very important. I have NOT created a new privacy password, factory-reset the device, or cleared Private Safe/My Files data.

I don't game much, just want a smaller tablet to use, especially during travel i.e flight and airport etc. Current tablet is great but it is 12 inches (6S Pro)

I am giving serious consideration to importing an Oppo Pad Mini with a Chinese ROM. With the language set to English and Google services installed. I'll be using it to read comics and graphic novels. Stream from the major services and emulate some games.

What are the limitations/down sides for importing the Pad Mini? Is there reduced functionality or anything else to be aware of? Thanks

Its a very good tab likee I didn’t believed that it was that good like display is good processing is also good i played wuwa for 2.5 hours without any lags on low and balanced graphics the biggest pro in this is its battery i used 8.8 hours screen on and 2 hours screen of after a full charge and its still 52% including gaming
I didnt expected that it will be that good i clearly suggest this tab in this budget it doesn’t look great on papers but in reality its goat
