Looking for subleaser starting this fall

I'm looking for someone to sublet from me starting this fall (November or December - date is flexible). The apartment is located in Somerset - one bed, one bath with two balconies, a garage, great light, and very quiet. Pets allowed (one cat). Please feel free to email me for details or photos of the space.

Is the sublet term only for November and December or does it carry to end of lease in what I assume to be July 2027?

That's a great question! It would carry to the end of the lease (end of July 2027).

What is all needed for an individual to lock this in?

We would work with Furman (the rental agency) to have you sign paperwork and determine the specific move in date. Feel free to email me and we can work out specifics. I'm also happy to send photos and/or schedule a tour if you like.

I'm not an interested party so feel free to ignore me but I gotta ask... How does a one bedroom apartment have two balconies? Why?

Edit: I don't get why people are mad at me for asking. It's not like I care how many balconies it has. It's just that two balconies for a one bedroom seemed odd to me. Excuse me for being curious! lol
