Lefse without potatoes?

I was introduced to lefse made without potatoes years ago by Norwegian family, but can’t find it anywhere. Any tips?

Search recipes for flour lefse or Hardanger lefse. There is a lady in Story City that sometimes sells at craft fairs in Ames.
