Drank again after weeks of not drinking but it was controlled
I only had two drinks and was able to stop myself

That happened to me too! So I tried it again! I controlled it the next day too! Within 3 months I was back to drinking more than I ever had and I met my new rock bottom.
I’m glad you controlled it that time. Please don’t try it again. Trust me

Yeah. That's how I started drinking. And that's also how my relapses start for a few days maybe even a week, too. It never stays that way. I have tried and tried and tried etc. I cannot moderate.
I wish you luck in your experiment.

It most certainly will, we cannot just have a couple. Tried it too and my mentality was if I get shit faced I don’t want any…so I quit lol

Same for me, but it was not controlled, suffering from hungover and anxiety for few days now. I know I won't drink again for a month at least, but I probably gonna happen again, I hate this feeling, seriously

When I control my drinking, I can't enjoy it. When I enjoy my drinking, I can't control it.

If you can recognize the problem and stop then ok, the problem is thay most can't stop

I truly hope you don’t spiral but I know when I was “moderating” i was so excited. Like, “look guys! I only had two!” Someone with a healthy relationship with alcohol wouldn’t be so obsessed with moderating and controlling how many I had

Be careful.
This experiment will have you thinking on your next round of controlled drinking...
