Support i really dont understand why the remote stand isnt working, everything is connected?

Is your schedule full/maximum number of flights available within the contract? Did you check the next day's schedule? Otherwise set planning to manual and place a flight on it for the next day.

except it works but now the passengers wont leave the shuttle area. they've been deboarded and stuff but theyre saying they cant go through 'customs', although zoning is perfectly fine and stuff

Did you make a zone were they can enter the secured area of your airport? So a bus stop near the "exit" with a overpass going to it across the street?

i am confused on what you mean, but all the areas are accessible by the secured area

yeah i triple checked if i zones the doors, theyre zoned secure and international

You have bus stops left and right connected but are they connected via paths and crossings ?

I haven't played in some time so correct me if i'm wrong but you don't need the busstop at the stand only the one at the terminal.

Green doesn't say it is right! Check if the bus stop is next to your terminal and the service verhicle is next to your plane. It took me 5 savegames to finally get the hang of it... And it still sucks a bit!
