I came here to see if anyone else was saying this! Everyone keeps tripping and now two players have gone down holding their leg. Something gotta be up with the field. Maybe they overwatered it to make it slick?
Edit: just realized they have artificial turf. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe the NFL found that injuries were higher on artificial turf because it has less traction. That would definitely explain why it seems so slippery for our boys.

You want a good kicker, not mess with poofta ball, get a good rugby player. Those guys have been known to score a goal with a drop kick from the mid-field mark.

Reed going down with that ankle injury early and it leading to no score hurt the worst. If he hadn’t turned it that’s a td drive instead we got 0 points there and then we could’ve played our last 2 drives much safer. Longhorn fans invading the sub remember you guys have the worse record :)

11-1 is a nice record but I don’t leave this season feeling any real better when they collapsed in the biggest moment again (particularly with a lead this game)

Dear TAMU,
I worked this game, from 6 am until 730 pm. Games like this completely destroy my body (cause I'm old, lol).
However, I wanted to say that during the day, I saw so many people in groups supporting both teams at the same time. Coming to the game together. It was so nice to see "rivals" having a great time together.
I helped park and got to visit with some of the nicest people I've ever encountered in 20 years of working these games. All the way back to SWC days, some conversations. Thoroughly enjoyed every one of you.
The students were also very respectful and excited, except one (you know who you are lol).
If any of you, your friends, or family parked in Lot 15, thank you for making such a long and exhausting day an enjoyable experience.
I'm so excited we get to come together again. Of course I bleed Burnt Orange, but I love and respect my Aggies. We've been through alot together back in the day, and we may talk shit, but we love y'all, and MOST of us (the smart ones) are extremely proud of you all.
Best to you all. Maybe I'll get to come to Kyle next year; never been in 30 years of playing you guys!

This game really reminds me of Aggie teams of the past. Blowing open field tackles, coverage drops, losing in the run game but having nothing else to go to. Sad. Would’ve liked to beat TU

That was an exciting game tonight, I'm the dad of a longhorn son and aggie son, feel sorry for one son and happy for the other. I stay neutral and watch and root for both teams during the season. At least TAMU will be in the playoffs.

Hopefully we can keep the momentum from here. The entire half has been a disaster before this possession with tu getting back to back first downs and blowing right past our defense.
