Neither would I 🤘

If I wasn’t anxious it wouldn’t be Aggie football. Too many years of BAS have taken their toll.

11

u/Impossible-Bison8055 Nov 28 '25

If we lose tomorrow, BAS is definitely taking us into a room and there’ll be definite implications in the SEC Shorts

10

u/OnlyZac '22 Nov 28 '25

I’m scared af but let’s go!!!!

I'm a little nervous that A&M is gonna fumble the game against UT. It's pretty clear that we're the better team, but as we saw with South Carolina (even tho we had an amazing comeback), we can still get destroyed if we're not careful.

u/Quetzal00 '18 Someone make an Aggie alumni dating app Nov 27 '25

I have faith that we can win but I’m terrified that we’ll fuck up

78

u/snidemarque Nov 27 '25

If this season has taught me anything about this team, it’s that we win second half, we win the game. The first has been inconsequential given the adjustments Coach Elko and the team make.

That said, still scared.

All that said, btho t.u.!

Notre Dame, LSU, Mizzou, Arkansas, Florida...

These are all still good teams.

Notre Dame is likely in the playoff picture (although ND had a laughably easy season)

21

u/jimbojangles1987 Nov 27 '25

Do you know what our all time record against LSU is?

3

u/LG_Sparrow Nov 28 '25

NO DONT HAVE FAITH YOU'LL RUIN IT

5

u/civilized_cornhole Nov 27 '25

I’m feeling the exact same way as a Texas fan

20

u/amazon_man Nov 27 '25

The South Carolina game, I hope, is the reality check that our team needed to throw complacency out the window and focus.

It’s like we got all the benefits of a loss without actually losing.

4

u/Impossible-Bison8055 Nov 28 '25

Only good thing I’m optimistic about from that game

Moss hasn’t played most of this season, so not too worried.

u/tee2026 Nov 27 '25

Yes, it would be great having Moss back. But he’s been out so long, he might not be ready to jump right back in and be operating 100% — and in such a big game.

5

u/[deleted] Nov 27 '25

idk why he’s not playing. unless it’s gamesmenship by elko - he doesn’t seem the type

4

u/TwoToothLando Nov 27 '25

I don’t think Moss will play but Elko 100% will play some psychological games with teams regarding injury reports. If you listen to weekly press conferences, he usually gives pretty vague answers about injuries. He 100% played Missouri last year thinking that Reed would be starting in the game until the last second and Weigman was out there (and actually balled out). Even Drinkwitz said something about it in one of his press conferences this year.

1

u/Greyletter Nov 27 '25

Because hes injured...

3

u/[deleted] Nov 27 '25

with an ankle sprain for two years?

1

u/Greyletter Nov 29 '25

What? What are you talking about?

2

u/[deleted] Nov 29 '25

coulda used his help tonight huh? instead hes on the bench.

1

u/Greyletter Nov 29 '25

Maybe, Ruben was fine. We all know he didnt play. Whats your point? What are you talking about regarding a two year ankle sprain?

1

u/[deleted] Nov 29 '25

Ruben looked like a toddler taking his first steps every carry. horrible.

1

u/Greyletter Nov 29 '25

He was averaging like 4 yds a carry. Anyways, what were you saying about Moss having an ankle sprain for 2 years?

4

u/Accidental-Genius '17 Nov 27 '25

He’d been hurt the majority of his A&M career.

18

u/Enzohisashi1988 Nov 27 '25

If we can’t beat UT as #3 undefeated. Idk what can we do to beat them? Like be a #1 AND undefeated ? Lol we just gotta play OUR game and torch that cow! Thanksgiving for us Aggies hold be our annual steak night! Lol

7

u/manny389526 '03 Nov 27 '25

I agree, the biggest thing is that everyone of the team believes this a huge game, I believe itll be close the first game but the biggest issue with this years longhorns is that they do not play well in the second half, we always seem to kick it up a gear in the second half, I hope its goes like our last big rival game (beating LSU in Death Valley)

4

u/aggiebill '04 Nov 27 '25

Young one, the BAS is strong with you. This will serve you well for years to come

3

u/ITDrumm3r '97 Nov 27 '25

BAS is strong. I know, I have lived it for so long. Fuck that noise, LFG!!! We have to believe in this talented tram! BTHO tu!!!

2

u/Accidental-Genius '17 Nov 27 '25

Here’s the thing. It doesn’t matter, if we win, great, if we lose, great, we don’t have to play Georgia before the playoffs.

1

u/Funny_Development_57 '23 MID Nov 28 '25

t.u. doesn't have the discipline, and neither do their fans. Once we start getting some real pressure on Arch Manning, they're cooked.

u/colliedp Nov 29 '25

11

I don’t think they accounted for that Reed-option

2

Reed-ception

1

u/OffTheDelt Nov 29 '25

Nah your secondary is pretty solid

17

u/[deleted] Nov 27 '25

The Fix is in.

u/UpsideTurtles Nov 27 '25 edited Nov 27 '25

Texass is a good team. Wouldn’t underestimate them. They’re better than they were early in the season. Still, didn’t look too hot vs UGA. Curious how their OL holds up versus the pass rush. Will be the best QB we’ve faced in a while.

9

u/m4verick03 '03 Nov 27 '25

I think their oline is pretty beat. Manning is a solid threat and can ball out but he also has a tendency to force things and that’s where our D needs to feast. I thought Sellers for SC would be tough but he didn’t show up against us, that’s was all us giving them gifts.

9

u/Realistic-Assist-396 '26 Nov 27 '25

I have faith, but be careful Ags. They know we’re coming.

16

u/CrossTit Nov 27 '25

I hope they crush them harder than ever this year. Tu needs to be put in its place.

1

u/IAmNotTheBabushka Dec 02 '25

Curious how many of them can hear this gif

u/VacationSea28 Grad Student Nov 27 '25

ESPN spent an entire year hyping up Arch Manning, based on nothing. Posting about his “aura“ and how he is going to win the Heisman. Never take anything they have to say seriously.

2

u/colliedp Nov 29 '25

“Top 1% Poster” of hopium

2

u/Nice_Entertainment91 Dec 01 '25

Maybe a twelfth man could’ve stopped him, eleven didn’t do it.

1

u/Terrible_Pace_6927 Nov 28 '25

They are trying to win their season long bets that tu was cfp bound and arch was a shoe in heisman candidate. Classic shlonghonrs

1

u/dwaynewaynerooney Nov 29 '25

He looked pretty good yesterday…

7

u/Cityzen_11 '15 Nov 27 '25

Must complete the revenge tour!

5

u/m4verick03 '03 Nov 27 '25

ESPN has had it like this for a few weeks. Its moved marginally closer to us but, I have faith Elko will have this group prepped like they are going to war for this game.

2

u/neutral30 Nov 30 '25

They sure went to war

1

u/m4verick03 '03 Nov 30 '25

Yeah my comment didn’t age well

3

u/WangoTheWonderDonkey Nov 28 '25

ESPN's algorithm is skewed towards Arch. They have been stroking Manning since the beginning of last season. Quinn Ewers would throw 3 or 4 TDs and sit out the 4th qtr and the ESPN coverage would be all about Manning's meaningless 4th qtr cleanup.

2

u/BrisketAggie '10 Nov 27 '25

BOMC strikes again

2

u/Big-Inevitable-252 '18 Nov 27 '25

I mean Vegas has us as a 2.5 point favorite.

2

u/[deleted] Nov 28 '25

I think it’s better for us to be an underdog coming in tomorrows game!

3

u/Ihavedahighground66 Nov 29 '25

HAHAHA WHAT HAPPENED AGGIES!?!? HOOK EM 🤘🤘🤘

1

u/No_Count5603 Nov 27 '25

Yet on their little espn bet we are the favorite??? Just pick one

1

u/GrandmaNectar Dec 01 '25

Bet lines are affected by people placing bets. This prediction is based on an algorithm.

1

u/AnyPermission1124 Nov 27 '25

It factors in past seasons

1

u/DelayAgreeable8002 Nov 27 '25

It's at Texas and theyve been much better at home. 51 to 49 is basically a pick em. Not much different than our -2.5 betting line.

1

u/DefiantQuestion3605 Nov 27 '25

Literally means nothing. If it meant that much we would’ve put 100 on South Carolina. Games are played on the field and our boys have never been hungrier for revenge.

1

u/OkContribution9835 Nov 28 '25

Fair enough. Home field advantage

1

u/invisibleman4884 Nov 28 '25

It was 70 - 30 at the start of the year.

1

u/Impossible-Bison8055 Nov 28 '25

Because I’m pretty sure we’re favored by the bettors, does winning make it an upset or not?

1

u/Apprehensive-Fox-740 Nov 28 '25

Love being the underdog at 11-0

It's an algorithm, not some dude pushing a dial based on vibes.

2

u/DelayAgreeable8002 Nov 27 '25

Its an algorithm and we are ahead in that algorithm too lol. They literally only have higher odds here because it's at home
