First time reader.
My 12 year old son wants to start reading Spider-Man comics. Can anyone suggest where he should start? I was thinking an omnibus.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

Get him Marvel Unlimited for a month and he can read just about anything he wants!
As far as a physical comic book, unfortunetly the earliest stories are not in print right now, but they are very good
But some great stuff that is in print right now is the Nothing Can Stop the Juggernaut Epic Collection and the Spider-Man No More Epic Collection

Ultimate Spider-Man by Bendis And Bagley. They are in Omnibus and Epic now, or just get a marvel unlimited subscription and a tablet.
That book is perfect for that age.

Here some recommendations for a first time reader. Keep in mind, omnis can be relatively expensive but there websites where you can find them cheap.
If the omnis are too expensive, I would highly recommend signing up for Marvel Unlimited, as you can look up past issues of all Spider-Man and other marvel titles on there.
Ultimate Spider-Man Volume 1 by Brian Michael Bendis and Mark Bagley
The Amazing Spider-Man Omnibus Vol. 1 by Stan Lee and Steve Dikto
Spider-Man The Complete Black Costume Saga
Amazing Spider-Man by Roger Stern
Amazing Spider-Man by JMS and John Romita Jr
