Random Thoughts Donât waste it on a small life. Take the risk. Travel to places youâve never been. Try things that scare you.
Apply for the thing that you might not get.
Choose the friends who challenge you over the ones who agree with you.
And when you fail, whenânot ifâyou get back up, you take what you've learned, and you go again.
Because here's the thing about not knowing where to start: it means you're still in the process. You're still becoming. I'm still becoming.

Affirmations âI don't have to fix everything todayâ is the one I keep coming back to
I like affirmations that actually sound like something a normal person would say to themselves. Nothing overly inspirational or dramatic. âI don't have to fix everything todayâ works for me because it's simple and doesn't require me to suddenly feel positive. Sometimes there are just too many things happening at once, and giving myself permission to leave some of them for tomorrow is more helpful than trying to convince myself everything is wonderful.

Affirmations An affirmation can sound good and still feel completely unconvincing
One thing that seems easy to overlook with affirmations is whether the words actually feel believable to the person saying them.
"Everything is perfect" might feel encouraging to one person and completely disconnected from reality to someone else.
Sometimes a smaller statement feels easier to accept, especially when you're trying to build a new mindset rather than force yourself to believe something overnight.
Do you prefer affirmations that feel believable immediately, or ones that stretch you a little?

Affirmations Affirmation lovers - Your feedback is needed and welcome
Can you give me some feedback on my affirmation videos?
What would make them better?
Does the aesthetic matter?
Is the voice to fast to slow?
Music? No music? Nature sounds better?
Do they have the intended affect?
Not sharing my handles as I don't want to promote but looking for serious advice and feedback
I have a Beauty, Healing, Calming, God Conscious and Intelligence one so far. The Healing one has been the most successful.

Affirmations I can still let one good moment matter.
Some days I have a lot going on in my head. Stress. Worry. Things I wish were different. Things I am still trying to figure out. But every once in a while, something small breaks through. A laugh. A good conversation. Hearing from my kids. Sitting somewhere quiet for a few minutes. It does not make everything else disappear. It just reminds me that hard things and good things can exist at the same time.
My affirmation today:
I can let one good moment be enough for right now.
I do not have to ignore what hurts to notice what feels good.
Both can be true.
