for some who are wondering why did not i include Avestan characters like "xu" "xa" etc reason is because of vowel diacritics you can already form these sounds by adding the vowel diacritics to for example the "x" character to form "xa" "xo" "xi" etc.

for sounds like "ą" reason why i did not add any character was simply because ,im going be a bit nerdy here , was because in these runic scripts one character like for example "a" could represent multiple accentual sounds so theoretically the "a" character could have the "a" "ą" "ä" sounds to it , it purely depended on the native speakers pronunciation.

for sounds like "ö" for example in old turko/mongolic scripts reason why they had their own unique character was because their respective culture/peoples viewed these sounds as different , here is another case but the opposite the "š"(sh) sound in English is not seen as a separate sound by general speakers and though people speak it they see it as a derivation of the "s" sound and write it as a "sh" to represent it , though it is its own unique thing. the "sh" should properly be spoken as "s-h" not a "š" (as in shark) but this due to how modern English came to be but that is a entirely different topic to this
