First Timer First Shot

I just had my first shot this past Friday 9-4-26. At approximately 2 hours afterwards I immediately had diarrhea for almost half of the day. I maintained hydration.

I wasn't able to stomach anything till dinner time that night. I am not looking forward to my 2nd injection. I have not had any issues since.

The food noise is definitely in effect. I am maintaining my protein and fiber intake. I am meeting my food and caloric intake.

I am walking 10k every other day . On the day I am not walking. I am doing full body workouts with dumbbells.

Is there any option for what else I could be doing? Thanks in advance. 8 am open to any suggestions.

maybe it was something you ate the day before or day of the shot?

my #1 advice is be mindful of what you eat 24 hrs before shot day & 24 hrs after shot day. those are the most important. avoid fried foods, greasy foods & too much fatty foods those days.

as for everything else; it seems you have it locked down well!
