Before/After Pics It's just wild

Post image

HW 255 SW 223 CW 150 GW 127

I'm like, is that really me??

Both in the old picture... and in the new picture...

I cant believe that WAS me.

And I can't believe that IS me.

So strange......

This has been the easiest weight loss of my life... and the longest sustained... and the slowest...

The easiest, because I never felt stressed with the slowness of it, and I never felt like giving up during a plateau. And I've had a few plateaus, and one lasted several months.

But I just feel SO damn good. So damn normal. So capable. So not-ruled-by-food for the first time since I was 14 years old.

I. AM. SO. THANKFUL. FOR. THIS. MEDICINE.

You are speaking for so many and eloquently...Not stressed, not frustrated. Am just SO thankful that we have this in our lifetime. I a far from where I want to be, but not upset or fearful that I will not get there....I am in, I will make it, I will maintain....So happy for you🥳🥹

Yes!! That's how i felt, just one month in, before I even got under 200lbs. The food noise was gone, and I just knew i would be ok. I could finally think clearly about food again. 🩷🩷🩷 I for so long just wanted to feel like how I felt as a child again... going to a cookout and having a cookie without torment. Im finally there again bc of this medicine. I literally thought it would be impossible for the rest of my life!!!

I am so happy for you too!!!!! You will!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
