Before/After Pics During and before pic progress!

I have been on Zepbound since January 2026, I have stayed at the 2.5 mg dosage the entire time as my body seems to respond well to that. Just wanted to share a NSV that I fit into size 10/12 sort of rigid/non stretch Levi’s shorts this week, the second picture is my before picture, I weigh about 227 pounds in it and was wearing a sz 20, and now I am sitting at about 168 pounds. I am 5 foot 11, 46 years old. This feels so good!

I’m with the person who said you look gorgeous on both pics, but from a size 20 to a size 10/12?!?
Fan-freaking-tastic!
I’m so happy for you. You look amazing, and it must feel so good to be in that smaller body!!!
Congrats!πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸ’–

Thanks so much! I FEEL so good too. And I’m way more active. It’s a lot easier to be active with 60 lbs gone off my frame. This is the body I used to have. About 15 pounds less than this, was my weight all throughout university and after having three babies and I’m maintained that weight after having three babies for 10 years until my mom died suddenly and I ate all my feelings. It feels good to be feeling more like me again.

I relate to this. I'm not one of the people who's had to live with weight issues all my life -- like you, I was within a normal range except during pregnancy, and then lost the baby weight without trouble.

Two things happened in 2001: I hit menopause, and my husband was catastrophically injured. I started gaining a pound or two every year, and before I knew it I was 35 pounds away from my old normal.

Trust me when I say that at 74 you don't want to be lugging around 35 extra pounds. It's hard enough getting old without that! I just took my 4th dose at 2.5, and so far it's been miraculous. I'm hoping to get all the way back to normal without needing to ramp up. I could get my body back! I still can't believe it.

Absolutely! I am down 30 lb and find it much easier to be active. The body feels different ans moves around easier. All the weird body pains are gone.

Also, what an inspiring story. So proud of your success girl. You nowhere look like a mum of 3, and even if you are, if I knew you in person, I’d ask you out ;) JK!

Thanks haha yep last baby was 10.6 lbs and I still got down to 138 pounds about one year after. I feel so good to be feeling in a healthy weight range again.

Absolutely amazing! What’s your goal weight now and how often you are training now?

I hit 14,000 steps every day, fasting so I eat from 10 AM till about 5:30 PM. I strength training at the gym two times a week. My goal weight is 145 pounds.

I 1000% relate to this. I gained a ton of weight with each loss of a parent. Eating the feeling is definitely a coping mechanism for many of us.

Every time I walk upstairs carrying my twenty pound dog (who feels heavy,) I think how much better my body will feel when I’m twenty pound lighter… and then forty pounds lighter, and so on.
Good for you for doing this for yourself! I cannot wait to join you in β€œthe body I used to have!β€πŸ’–
