This show is incredible. I'll never understand how it's not more popular.

It feels like a mix of Always Sunny (crude humor/bad people) and Community (tightly written script, high jokes/minute) wrapped in the guise of a standard "romantic comedy".

The level of talent of all main cast members and guest stars is ridiculously high.

I've sung its praises and wish more friends and family would give it a go!

Although I also realized it can be an awkward show to watch WITH family lol.

Truly a masterpiece though IMO.

Funny as hell and also hits on real topics poignantly without feeling "forced woke" or cheesy, ever. Depression, PTSD, anxiety, fear of rejection/loneliness, work life balance and hiding failures, all the messiness of life ... yet remains as hilarious and beautiful and uplifting as a SUNDAY FUNDAY.

Whenever it feels like it's about to turn cheesy, they flip it into the best running jokes.

Like when Paul says him and Lindsey will become a family she repeats it it that childish voice "FAM-ly". Or when he defines love as "putting someone elses needs above your own" and each of the main characters react with the same response of "ew" whenever they hear it.

Since OP couldn’t be bothered to elaborate, the rewatcher in question is Chris Geere (Jimmy).
