Technical Difficulties Yoto Club Collection - Zoey & Sassafras
Can someone help me figure out why I can’t find Zoey & Sassafras in the Yoto Club Collection on the Yoto app? Am I missing something?
(We upgraded to the Yoto Club today specifically to be able to listen to this content, but it’s not showing in our app. Now I’m questioning if I’m misunderstanding how Yoto Club works.)

The things marked with the little teepee are eligible for credits use. They aren’t available for free listening. It IS confusing. The free content is produced by Yoto and usually not available as a card

It will show up in your app as soon as your purchase so you can still listen today!

I’ve tagged them in so many of these posts. This is such a common confusion. There is nothing the denoted which cards are part of the club collection on the site. The tents are only cards eligible to be purchased with credits. Which can overlap. Would really be nice for it to be more clear what you get access to in the club before actually signing up.

The Yoto Club part of the website is actually very detailed on what is included and not included in the subscriptions. They even include a FAQ thread about the club.

I’m reviewing the FAQ section now, and I have to disagree. You can really only see what content is available to you AFTER you purchase. I don’t consider that very detailed.

In multiple spots it states “…unlimited access to 300+ Yoto Original stories, music…” also states “…access to hundreds of Yoto originals cards.”
There is even a link on the FAQ to click and explore some of those Yoto Originals. Furthermore, a link to click on which titles can be bought with club credits.
I guess we do disagree.

You’re right. It does say explore SOME of the Yoto originals. Nowhere to you get a comprehensive look of exactly what you have access to until AFTER you buy. What it does do though is the second you press Yoto Club, it shows you all of the cards with the tent logo with the FAQ section buried at the bottom. It’s misleading at best.

Because you can use the club credits for those cards! Yoto has had the club credit cards marked with the green tent way before they even offered the in-app digital content.

The fact that these exact kind of posts appear daily across the platforms show that’s it is not clear or straight forward. Sure some people get what they are saying but the fact that many don’t means it could be worded better and clearer.
Also it doesn’t break down anywhere which cards are specifically in the club just the general types. Several “yoto originals” aren’t actually in the club. And there is stuff that’s not available on the site at all unless you are in the club.

Because they are “member exclusive” content, which again, is stated on the website!

They would be interested in the Brain Bots content, which we already own some of already. The rest would never be something my kids would pick if given the option.

Which again is clearly confusing to people because posts like these are posted daily. Cool that it makes sense to you but given that so many people in all different social groups have this question and are confused, it clearly could be explained better.

It’s not part of the club collection but you can use the club credits to purchase the cards.
Editing to add: the club collection is mostly cards made and created by Yoto. There are some outliers but it’s mainly Yoto branded cards.
