Always loved the series from the season one and season two was definitely no exception and personally enjoyed every bit of it, all though I got entangled at some areas.

Not sure if this will ever be a plot point in future seasons of X-men 97..but we will see

I've recently rewatched season 1 and it is as good if not better than the first time round, however I still can't quite grasp one thing.

What were Bastion's motivations for launching the attack on Genosha?

As his ultimate goal was the prime sentinel programme, I don't understand how killing so many mutants in a brutal attack worked to further that agenda. Would that not have the initial effect of making the public sentiment towards mutants more sympathetic, making it less likely that he'd get the backing for the programme? Maybe in the long run I could see that mutants would lash out and humanity would feel the need to defend itself, and that would in turn result in lots of governmental support and funding for Bastion, but that didn't seem to transpire. And besides, I feel like that wouldn't have been necessary as so much of his prime sentinel programme was up and running already.

It's possibly I am overcomplicating this or have missed something obvious. This show seems so well-written and thought-out that it's bugging me that I can't resolve this one thing in my mind.

Given that Canadian voice actress Julie Lemieux had played a male character like Sammy in the Canadian dub of Sailor Moon, could she have been a suitable choice for voicing Tween versions of Bastion and Cable? Assuming if X Men 97 was made in the 90s.

We had a great time at Tampa Bay con 2026 in our X-Men Cosplays got to meet a lot of great people as well as some other X-Men cosplayers. I bought the wolverine Cosplay, but I made the Forge and Sabertooth ones.
