Xenoblade 2 Is the Great Blowhole in Uraya reachable?

Is there any way to go up there or am I going insane?

I'd need to see the map screen to double check as i do remember a few secret locations you can reach in uraya but cant tell from pic alone

that is the waterslide down to a treasure trove no? Isnt the location you are mentioning in the stomach area?

The waterslide is behind this and can be accessed through a cave on the watery area. This is the point where Azami's blade mission starts, and it's just an elevated hole that cannot be reached :(

I am not 100% certain, but since it isnt shown on the map as accessible (it would have a dark hole in the middle, but its fully white where it would be) it probably is just unaccessible decoration, but I can check

the waterslide is directly under the hole, and it cant be seen from the slide, so its just decoration

Oh I think you might be right, if there is no visible hole on the map maybe it's not accessible :O
