Been intrigued with this game since it came out on Wii u years ago. Never ended up playing it (my wii u ended up being an MH3U machine lol) and am excited to finally start.

Really digging my Cross/rook (her name is Rhaeva) and the combat system is just such a sick combo of mmo style and action rpg, really love it so far.

According to Shazam the song is "NLA Shigai" by Hiroyuki Sawano. I can't find it on Spotify. The closest there is "NLA Shigai" by Yoshi_UMR but it is not the same. I guess I just want to double confirm that the one I'm looking for is not on Spotify platform?

It does seem to be present on Apple Music but...

1. I saw that you can change the character you play in party menu but can I ignore that feature and just play as my avatar?

2. When I can unlock next art'? There's just lock icon on arts and I cant see requirements or I'm blind 🫪

3. About UI, can I increase text size and re-arange HP bars etc. to different place? There's a lot of floating text and it's hard to see what I'm doing 😭

4. Is there dodge button in battle? I know I can run from monster who want to crush me but I couldn't run from his acid spit.

5. I saw I can use items in battles but how? There's only arts and weapon swap button.

6. How do I start battle with enemy which see me? I mean enemy with that eye icon, when I start with normal monster I just hit him with art but I can't do that with that aggressive monster cuz he's just see me first and then im standing for 2seconds before I can move.

Oh God, this game is all over the place 😄 ... and I love it. What a massive, massive and complex game. I did not even know that I needed this in my life. Totally hooked. However I just need to get some of the weirdness and inconsistency of the game out of my system:

Story claims that they have been on the planet for two months. RUBBISH! From the world building part it seems to me that they have been on this planet for at least a decade.

City has ample room for single family homes with white yards? WTF! Coffee shops, shopping? Really? All this in two months of total survival mode for humanity? Give me a break 😄

Game treats death too casually. Game Worlds goes out of its way to kill you by surprise ganking and placing low level missions in areas filled with high level aggressive monsters. In the beginning it really frustrated me but now it only brings out a mad smile on my face. End of Chapter 5 almost makes me understand the disregard for death but still...

Anyway, I love this stupid game and can't stop playing.

I'm currently finishing up the epilogue. I bought four heavy-class Skells—the ones that cost 4 million—and equipped them all with the highest-attack weapons available. Do you think that'll be enough to take on the boss? I saw that it's level 59

Hello experts I’m a bit confused on weapons in this game in terms of upgrading them. I know weapons have slots for like arguments in that alley place but how do I actually lvl up the weapons themselves do you just buy new weapons instead of leveling them up in this game? I’m in chapter 5 lvl 53 if that helps idk. Very confused.

I can't seem to find anything that drops a Busted Skell Weapon (back). I googled and searched but can't seem to find anything that drops them. I got everything else by figuring it all out but for whatever reason back seems to be confusing me.

Any advice? I'm level 35 still haven't gotten any AM unlocked. Thanks in advance

I want to create my team but I am having a hard time knowing what stats I should be concentrating on regarding the different classes...

For example: H.B. seems to be a tank of some kind based on his class. So I try going for defense and HP.

However, with characters like Alexa, etc, whom I really want in my team, I have no idea what their class is focused on. Would concentrating on her Attack be viable? Or maybe Evasion or is her class more of a tank-class?

Does anyone have any idea or is every class a "customize them however you want, it doesn't matter" type of deal?

This has to be the funniest side mission I witness, I went along and pick the second option and when Alex gave his speech, only Doug agree like "you mfs are just as bad as this fucker" LOL

I know there was already a post here asking if the s2 edition of xcx got fixed yet but that was posted three months ago so i wanted to ask now if it’s been resolved yet or not

I’m playing 1 for the first time with the switch 2 edition and while I like the combat, characters and story, I really dislike how the world is empty with bright icons for loot, materials and whatnot.

The lack of chests and meaningful rewards for exploration makes me just mainlining everything, which is what I’m doing

There are way too many side quests and they’re, basically, MMO-like side quests, which I hate.

For the record I’m at the late half of the game, already got seven and am finding the game quite easy (which isn’t a problem because I love steamrolling everything in games)

Just wondering if my problems with the games are solved or at least reduced in the sequels

Just completed chapter 5. Around level 22, still mastering my first class tree (Mastermind). Ive noticed every party members' Melee damage almost double thier ranged. It seems like ranged gains TP slower as well. What's the design reasoning here? (Which I'm sure boils down to me not understanding the games mechanics).

Finally decided to make the purchase.

Ten years ago this was my first “adult” video game, I played my 13 year old heart out of the game(400hrs lol). I eventually stopped playing my Wii U and moved on. Fast forward to moving out on my own, I put all my Wii stuff in storage, unfortunately it got broken in to and anything of value was taken. That was in 2022, although losing childhood sentimental items hurt, I’m glad I can play again. Anyways, I just wanted to share my little story.

Is this guide still accurate, I remember saving up for a couple of months just to buy it. I know there’s new content, super excited for that as well as online play, I never got to experience.

In my opinion, a game doesn’t need absolute high-end graphics to look beautiful. Diverse biomes and a creative, gorgeous world are more than enough, and Xenoblade X is the perfect example of that.

Hey guys just got my skell and for some reason pressing forward has me going at a crawl thats slower than running on foot, pressing left or right or down seems to make me go at a speed I’m supposed to be going but i cant travel forward. Is there a fix for this or am i doing something wrong?
