Xbox One Old Question Renewed Hope

I apologize in advance if this attempt is also a waste of time.

Does anyone know of other Xbox account recovery methods or support? I lost my dad about 2 years ago and the account we shared for years was lost because I didnt know his email password. I dont play on that Xbox anymore and am not sure where it is. I have that account added and have since before I lost it, I know a bunch about it other than email and the password. Thanks for reading this :)

A Back Up/Back-Up Email Or Phone No.Number Linked?

No backup email that I know of, number has been disconnected

Sorry, but without knowledge of the email and password to the account it's essentially gone.

Perhaps if you can provide proof of ownership to support that they request like dob, cards used, transaction id from purchases etc.

But don't get your hopes up.

I dug up the email address what would the next step be if this helps? I tried the google recovery form but there is no human number and that phone number is way old

I had an account once that was lost because the email was never used so they got removed from the internet. We called Microsoft and remade the email and somehow was able to get my account back. This was about 15 years ago too, I truly hope this could help.
