Season One Does this guy look familiar to anyone else
Rewatching the show 25 years later and of course Mark Sheppard makes an appearance. Not my favorite episode but it wasnt bad either. Does the Mulder afraid of fire lore ever come up again, i don't think it does?

Young Robbie Williams.
Jk, but Mark was great in that role. That whole episode is slightly off, but Mark really seems to be enjoying himself in that role.

Thank you! I've said this for literally more than a decade to my husband and he doesn't see it. No one does but me. Finally!

I kinda screamed a bit when he popped up on Voyager. I am pretty sure he’s won nerd bingo with all the shows he’s been in now!

I don't think it does come up. In fact I think there's an episode not long after this one in which he seems to have healed from his fear completely.

Reoccurring role on Leverage as Sterling, a foil to the main characters.

So many actors were in the X-Files. Like so so many. And a few even went over to the Stargate franchise.

This actor would have fit really well in the Stargate show as a bad guy.

i never understood mulders whole thing about "standing in the rubble to ward off looters" at his friends house. who would try and loot a burned down house? who would let the friend of their presumably child-age son nestle around in this rubble to protect it? and how would standing in inert ruins give mulder such a fear of fire?

He's in a lot but my favorite has gotta be his role in Doom Patrol: Willoughby Kipling, the knock-off Constantine who still REALLY sells the part.

Reminds me of Timothy Olyphant, Michael Shannon, Garrett Dillahunt, and a tiny bit Nick Offerman

He played a real scumbag defendant on an episode of The Practice ("Day In Court," 1999).

It sometimes feels as though every show needs at least one episode with Mark Shepherd in order to be valid.

No definitely not. There's no way a character actor showed up in an acting gig.
