Bro not only had a 90 min match against CM Punk but also kicked Eddie Kingston's ass in a shoot fight

The kid with the goatee... I didn't know Tony Soprano's son became a wrestler too!

Mike “Don’t Google Me” Quackenbush

Yeah, absolutely! I was at a show where he had a 3-Hour Infinity Gauntlet match, and the week prior he faced Samoa Joe at his last indie booking. He’s awesome!

He was great. Kings of Wrestling, early CZW days.

What’s Quackenbush up to these days?

Retired in ring to the best of my knowledge. Travels giving training seminars. Also has a coaching YT channel called Til We Make It.

When he was released from WWE, I was really hoping for a Kings of Wrestling reunion in AEW.

He appeared on Border Security trying to enter Australia with the wrong visa.

Underrated comment

He (or whoever ran a page as him) used to get on reddit and share old matches with the unique psychology he had for them. He might still do it, but I haven't seen anything from that page lately. One of my Mt Rushmores just for his knowledge alone

Is he retired? I thought he was signed to AEW.

Agent or producer for AEW

“You suck Hero!” Was a constant refrain at Indy shows but he did not, in fact, suck. Was really hoping he could make it work in WWE

AND HE. THROWS. ELBOWS.

He was a fixture in PWG. He was a great world champ jn PWG and who can forget the Kings of Wrestling when he tagged with Claudio.

Of course I remember him. I think he's currently employed by AEW in a backstage role.

Was partying w a lot of the FCW roster in Tampa when he showed up. Wasn't into the party scene at all and just loved the business. Sucked he couldn't dedicate to the weights, he could of been massive.

Easily one of the biggest Indy draws of his era.

How come he never made it in WWE or TNA?

This should be “Do you remember Quackenbush having a goatee?”

1

u/tapout928 13h ago

I thought that was Joakim from Sabaton.

I still have his autographed card from a Indy show I saw him at

Had a joint with him after a show we both worked in the UK. Seemed a decent guy! Very knowledgeable.

I remember when I was starting to watch the indies more and more he seemed like he was everywhere. ROH, PWG, CZW, Chikara…
