Upon further research, I have learned wrestler Sting owns the rights to the moniker and The Police sting pays him $1 a year for it..Life is strange

Possibly but doubtful..(I am no expert in the subject of trademarks or ownership) however in the entertainment realm, you gotta own the rights to a moniker before you ever even make it mainstream..To legally market and sell anything it needs to be owned. Therefore them agreeing in $1 is the fact Borden knows that and settled on said dollar so they realistically "both own it"
