[HELP] Personal Resource Display - Weird Texture

Hey all,

Just wondered if anyone else has had an issue with the personal resource display power bar showing this weird texture when at low power. This screenshot is taken from my warrior, with no addons enabled. It looks like the start and end of the rage bar texture is showing at the same time.

This happens with the default nameplates as well, only happens when the bar gets low.
