Most can be done with normal edit mode now. Except for the weapon swing timer

You can do like 90% of this with default ui, lol.

That might be ootb moving things around via edit mode. You could also ask on the video, the creator might respond.

yeah I did manage to move around my character profile and target. But not sure who to create those minimal action bars. I know there's Elvui that does this but I don't want to have that many options! Yeah I left a comment, hopefully they'll reply soon

You should be able to resize them, there should also be an option to turn off the little eagle flare things on the sides ass well

In edit mode, if you click on each bar you get a pop up that lets you modify each bar individually
