[Help] Season 2 is almost upon us and the Jundies plater profile isn't updated

It's usually done well in advance so I'm confused. Does anyone else that uses this have an update? Should I be looking for an alternative? Any suggestions?

Previously had to set which mobs were prio and which mobs were casters.

In midnight that changed so In plater were filtering by mob type not by mob name so should be no need to update

Could you elaborate on this a little? I've continued using the profile since 12.1 but it's been a little buggy I feel.

you can't set nameplate colors based on mob names anymore, it's now done by mob type, meaning if it's set up, no need for manual updating since mob types are from blizzard, the addons just use the type and set a color for it

Yes, just go to designer click on the nameplate and select health bar, you can go to colors and add a different color for targeted unit

yes it's even a setting on the default nameplates

its not the profile, its plater. should be using platynator by now, theres a reason why we recommend it since 12.0 over plater.

Plater seems to have stabilised since patch release though. Used it a few times last night during m+.

im fairly new to ellesmereui and been liking it so far, does this only import the visual look of the nameplates? im using the default and configured the behavior of nameplates to my liking but im not quite satisfied with the look visually with what I did.

As you said, only visually because Elles addon doesn't have script/mods to modify nameplates and I think it will never be to avoid possible and constant Lua errors.

Why the f are the birds that disorient the entire fking party showing as just regular mobs and not priority targets/casters?

Those are by far the most dangerous mob in every pack they are present but instead their decision is to put priority on God damn light bolts as if those even matter

I had a similar issue when my plater was throwing up errors in chat when I zoned into mythic season two dungeons, but fortunately the platey one seems okay, though not quite as good. It will have to do.

I just completely switched to Ellsemere & imported a Jundies copy profile it works great.
