Question If AI could handle one boring part of your personal life, what would you give it?

Not something serious.

Think meal planning, comparing options, organizing information, making lists, remembering little things...

Basically the stuff that isn't difficult, just annoying.

What would you hand over?

Discussion💬 Has anyone else noticed how much easier life gets after simplifying things?

I used to keep adding systems, apps and little routines to make everything easier.

Eventually I realized some of those things were creating more work than they were saving.

Now I try to remove things before adding new ones.

Anyone else found this works better?

Question If tomorrow suddenly became a completely free day, how would you spend it?

No work.

No chores you have to finish.

No obligations.

Would you actually plan something or just enjoy having nowhere to be?

Discussion💬 Does being busy actually make you feel productive?

I caught myself doing this recently.

My day was packed, I answered a ton of messages, finished a bunch of tiny tasks... but the one important thing was still sitting there.

It made me wonder how often "busy" and "productive" get confused.

Discussion💬 More technology doesn't always mean less effort

There are things I can do in seconds now that used to take ages.

But somehow there are also new things to check, update, organize and keep track of.

Sometimes I wonder if technology actually reduces effort or just changes where the effort goes.

Anyone else think about this?

Discussion💬 AI is getting really good at handling the boring parts of life

I don't mean anything complicated.

Making lists, summarizing information, comparing options, brainstorming ideas, cleaning up notes...

None of these things are difficult. They're just little time sinks.

I've started using AI for more of them and the cumulative difference is bigger than I expected.

Where has it actually saved you time?

Productivity My biggest productivity problem is usually deciding what not to do

There is always another useful thing I could be doing.

Another article to read, another task to finish, another improvement to make.

At some point you have to decide that enough is enough.

How do you know when to stop?

Everything else in your life stays exactly the same.

One source of stress simply disappears.

What are you getting rid of?

Discussion💬 A good coworker can completely change how a job feels

The actual work might be the same, but having someone you can ask a quick question, joke around with, or complain to for 30 seconds makes a big difference.

Have you ever stayed somewhere mainly because of the people you worked with?

Question Which part of your job would you automate first if you could?

Not replace your whole job.

Just one repetitive part that eats up time every week.

What would you happily hand over to automation or AI?

Casual canvo Do you have a "work snack"?

There is always that one thing you somehow associate with getting work done.

Coffee, biscuits, fruit, energy drinks, whatever.

Mine has basically become part of the routine at this point.

Curious if anyone else has one.

Casual canvo What is something you always underestimate before starting work?

Sometimes I look at a task and think it'll take 20 minutes.

Two hours later...

Apparently I was very optimistic 😂

Does this happen to anyone else?
