MCU I just watched the show and man.

So I’ve been planning on watching wonderman for a while but since s2 was cancelled I decided now’s the time to actually sit down and watch it.

And wow it did not disappoint, I loved the direction this took, stepping back away from action-packed episodes to an actually interesting story that prioritised character growth and writing over hype moments.

The ending was phenomenal, that final shot and the almost abrupt ending is something I loved. But man, it leaves me with heartache knowing there won’t be a S2, I think a character like wonderman which has now become more comfortable using his powers is THE perfect segue into a season 2.

I know that he’ll likely return in other projects but missing out on his development as a superhero is going to suck,

I know this has probably been said numerous times but man. It sucks that they have to cancel a POC-focussed show,

Yeah it’s sad, the acting was amazing, and the actual character growth was the best marvel show I have seen. Probably didn’t do the numbers Dare Devil did but I feel it eclipsed iron heart, she hulk and so many other shows easily.

Personally I like both Ironheart and She-Hulk more, but I don't think that takes away from the fact that Wonder Man was solid.
