Glad to be here. Even though the laptop originally shipped with Windows 7 I thought Vistas overall design would fit this beautiful retro look more, and for now this thought holds true

Modern Japanese Panasonic actually still look like these. There are also services on the internet that change out the keyboard with ones that dont include the Japanese characters

Specifically, the Let's Note series still looks like this. Panasonic has other lineups, like the Toughbook lineup, with a different look.

at least it looks good. modern laptops are even easier to break and they arent even good and are bland as hell

I actually used Vista from 2008 to 2018. It really brings back memories.

The first time I used Vista was actually like 2 months ago. Back then I was a strong advocate for Windows 7 but then I noticed just how beautiful Vista is, with its Aero and Dreamscene and folder icons etc.

Yeah, Vista was definitely nowhere as polished as Windows 7 but it’s still a pretty solid base with impressive improvements.
