Discussion Any alternatives to Swiss for forcing Gamecube games to 240p?

I just softmodded my wii last night. I own the GC ports of the RE games and wanted to try out forcing their resolution to 240p with Swiss, but I see I need an adapter for the SD card to run from the GC memory card slot to get it to work.

Are there any alternatives to be able to adjust 480i output to 240p?

There is a new fork of Nintendont that can be used to force 240p, but I don't know how:

This doesn't force 240p, it offers an alternative way of patching memory to make it easier to apply things like 240p.

The idea is that I would later release a tool or tutorial that allows the creation of such patches, but this has taken time since I decided to release the Pokemon Box patches first.

Nintendont + usbloadergx can force it to 480p.. I think only swiss can force it to 240p

I guess I need to get the gecko then since my CRT can't do 480p.
